The new pin is at the mine by the mountains. In the item catolog for your igloo, click on “throne” of princess throne. A king throne will pop up. In the upgrades, click on all “snow” words. Then click on the grey igloo’s door. A secret igloo will pop up. If you click the crowbar in the remove floor page, a small version of the secret snow igloo will appear. I will update soon.
